Children are the seed-grains of society
This statement is only true if children are given the opportunity to grow up in circumstances which respect their dignity and offer them basic schooling and training.
In the third world, however, millions of children and teenagers live on the edge of society where the law of the stronger man rules and where they are without protection from physical and emotional abuse. In such places help at root level is most effective and simple.
Numerous small aid projects care for these children , offering them a safe home, regular meals, schooling and hope for the future. These people work without big administrations, often as volunteers (without payment) and are ready to endure many hardships abroad.
